Database Developer – Developing database applications using Microsoft SQL Server, designing database schemas, writing stored procedures, triggers, database handlers and back office applications, tune and optimize SQL Server database performance.

  • Computer Science degree is required
  • 2-5 years experience in database development and Microsoft SQL Server required
  • School transcripts would be preferred
  • Experience with SQL Server performance optimization and tuning is preferred
  • Experience with large scale SQL Server databases is preferred


Technical Writer – Capture business, functional and technical requirements from customers and internal Business Analysts. Create Visio and Microsoft Word documents of business requirements, process flows, automated call flows. Document all database table layouts, functional, business and other requirements. Review all documents for completeness, identify exceptions, missing or problematic business logic and rules.

  • Experience in technical writing, business analysis, documentation would be required
  • 2 or 4 year degree
  • School transcripts would be preferred
  • Experience with Visio would be preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word would be preferred
  • Must be detail oriented, with ability to work through technical documents and requirements


Quality Analyst – Validate functionality of speech recognition and touch tone applications against design specifications. Create test plans, track all identified issues in issues logs, validate corrections by retesting, and update the issues logs accordingly. Coordinate with customers during their QA testing cycles and recreate any reported issues. Work with Development group to clearly identify and describe issues.

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel preferred
  • Experience with developing test plans preferred
  • Experience with IVR (Interactive voice response) or telephony systems preferred.


Tuning Analyst – Analyze reports and statistics from existing systems including outbound automated dialers, speech recognition, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Fraud Detection systems. Identify normal behavior statistics. Identify hotspots and problem areas, troubleshoot these issues and work with Development group to make corrections.

  • Technical degree required
  • IVR, Outbound Dialer experience preferred


Software Developer – Entry level software development position, developing applications in areas of telephone, IVR, web services, web interfaces, and databases.

  • Computer science degree is required
  • School transcripts are required
  • Software development experience is a plus
  • School Specialization is a plus


Application Engineer / TLS-SAAS - Entry level application engineer to provide third-level support and implement new products/services in to quality assurance and production environments.

  • Information Technology degree is preferred
  • Experience in the field of IT, CTI and customer service accepted in lieu of, and in support of a 4 year degree.
  • 5+ years experience working with Inbound/Outbound (Blended) ACD in a call center environment.
  • 5+ years experience in workforce management, performance/statistical analysis, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Heavy experience with Aspect products preferred with emphasis in Aspect’s ECM/ALM product along with UIP (previously Ensemble PRO) product.
