USAN’s Dialer for Amazon Connect is compliant with current Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) regulations.

Outbound Dialer and Campaign Management, along with USAN’s Agent Desktop, Web Chat and Email for Amazon Connect, comprise USAN Contact Suite, a set of pre-packaged solutions built to work with Amazon Connect, the AWS cloud contact center solution. For a given client, whether the implementation of any dialer solution is compliant with current TCPA Guidelines is fully dependent on the totality of the end-to-end process. As a solution, USAN’s Dialer for Amazon Connect offers clients the opportunity to operate in full compliance of current TCPA guidelines.

After careful review DCS has determined that USAN’s Dialer solution can significantly reduce a Contact Center’s risk associated with conducting outbound sales and marketing campaigns. USAN’s Dialer for Amazon Connect provides a compliant platform built specifically to provide preview/manual dialing capabilities only that requires manual agent intervention to launch calls. When used according to industry standards and best practices, the Solution does not support making auto-dialed calls or calls to mobile phones without prior consent.

USAN Dialer is integrated with Contact Center Compliance DNCScrub℠ which enables companies to adhere to the latest TCPA and DNC regulations.

USAN Dialer can also be configured to integrate with any other Record Scrubbing Service.
