Executive Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team!

The Executive Administrative Assistant performs administrative duties for executive management by screening incoming calls, managing calendars, preparing travel arrangements, and greeting incoming visitors. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to providing a high level of customer service.


  • Perform administrative functions for the CEO and interact with executive level team members on a daily basis
  • Screen calls for executives and upper management and respond independently when possible
  • Coordinate purchasing for all departments in the office
  • Prepare the office for visits by special guests
  • Provide travel management support for all employees by researching optimal travel options, and preparing travel documents, itineraries, and driving directions for ground travel
  • Coordinate with Human Resources for special departmental events such as holiday gatherings and company luncheons
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Sets up and maintains files and reports which requires handling business information of a confidential nature


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Highly detail oriented and accurate
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide variety of individuals and respond flexibly and positively
