The IT Recruiter is responsible for all recruiting needs at USAN. This position is responsible for filling highly technical positions and facilitating new team member on-boarding orientation during the first 90-days; assisting integration to USAN culture and learning about how we do business.


  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Determine applicant requirements from the job description and job qualifications
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using job sites.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and arranging travel
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years of direct experience with job screening and hiring practices
  • Technical acumen, experience screening and hiring Software Developers, PMs, BAs and Technical Writers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Highly detail oriented and accurate
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide variety of individuals and respond flexibly and positively
