We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

The Executive Administrative Assistant and Talent Acquisition Specialist performs administrative duties for executive management by screening incoming calls, managing calendars, preparing travel arrangements and greeting incoming visitors. This position also oversees all recruiting needs. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to providing a high level of customer service.


Executive Administrative Assistant

  • Perform administrative functions for the CEO and interact with executive level team members on a daily basis
  • Screen calls for executives and upper management and respond independently when possible
  • Coordinate purchasing for all departments in the office
  • Prepare the office for visits by special guests
  • Provide travel management support for all employees by researching optimal travel options, and preparing travel documents, itineraries, and driving directions for ground travel
  • Coordinate with Human Resources for special departmental events such as holiday gatherings and company luncheons
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Sets up and maintains files and reports which requires handling business information of a confidential nature

Talent Acquisition Specialist 

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Determine applicant requirements from the job description and job qualifications
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using job sites.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and arranging travel
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
