USAN is looking for an Internal Application administrator. This role will be responsible for installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and configuration of internal applications. The ideal candidate will have experience creating technical process documentation to be used internally. Strong skills in ServiceNow are key to the success of this position.

Responsibilities

• Installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and configuration of internal applications
• Manage licenses and permissions on internal applications
• Provide usage training and documentation on internal applications
• Create and manage workflows to automate processes
• Plan and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IT and IT roles and functions
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Superior problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Technical Process Documentation experience

Technology

• Previous Customer Support role a plus
• Past development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a strong plus
