• Use scripting tools to automate routine tasks being done in IT Service platform
• Create Requirements Definitions and Technical Specifications Documentation
• Maintain data between ServiceNow and other IT Service platform
• Research and deploy new releases, patches and/or enhancements in internal technologies
• Perform system and integration testing with sample data
• Administer and manage IT Service platform
• Be responsive to production outages and remedy critical issues as quickly as possible
• Recognize and report issues before they adversely impact firm operations or project schedule
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the IT Service platform


• Solid generalist IT skills including IT Service Management
• Hard skills in Development and Identity management is expected
• Proven skills in quality assurance
• Good aptitude for agile development practice and estimation
• Skilled at dealing with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience of developing a service management system is expected
• Hands on experience and development with ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM ServiceNow Applications.
• Certified ServiceNow Developer is a plus


• 2+ years of experience developing Service Now integrations
• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator/Developer
• 4-6 years of experience in IT Service Delivery
• 4+ years of coding/scripting or software development experience
• 4+ years of experience using scripting/coding languages (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, Angular JS)
• Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory
