USAN delivers omni-channel customer engagement products and solutions to the contact center and beyond. We are hiring web application developer to join our growing team in Norcross, GA. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing customer engagement product solutions for the cloud, advancing their skillset, and enjoys working on a small product team in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain product web UI components. You will work closely with other team members to integrate your components into the product to deliver new features and offerings.

Required Qualifications:

A degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems
4+ years of web application programming experience
Experience in developing multi-tiered web applications
Expert knowledge on standard web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, etc.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
The ability to self-manage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle using Agile development

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with AWS
Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core principles and design patterns
Experience with Node.js and server-side JavaScript
Experience with SQL and/or NOSQL database development

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with Bootstrap, Ext JS, Vue, ReactJS, and/or other web frameworks
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud
Experience with Docker
