Telemetry Engineer

USAN is looking for a Telemetry Engineer to join the operations team. The Telemetry Engineer with be responsible for managing the monitoring of all existing infrastructure and ensure that monitoring is automatically enabled for new infrastructure. We are looking for candidates that are well versed in monitoring tools like Nagiaos, Consol, PRTG, Solarwinds, etc.

Service Provider Provisioning and Billing Manager

USAN is currently looking for a Service Provider Provisioning and Billing Manager. This position will be responsible for managing all telecom expenses and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have experience auditing/reconciling bills, negotiating contracts, and meeting with telecom vendors.

Internal Application Administrator

USAN is looking for an Internal Application administrator. This role will be responsible for installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and configuration of internal applications. The ideal candidate will have experience creating technical process documentation to be used internally. Strong skills in ServiceNow are key to the success of this position.

 

NOC Engineer

The Network Operations Center Engineer is responsible for working on a shift of 4-5 Engineers to minimize system downtime, perform real-time surveillance of the network, notify customers of scheduled and unscheduled outages, and ensure the customer’s expectations of service are met. The Network Operations Center (NOC) serves as the first point of contact for the customer on all system- and network-related issues. Since the NOC is a 24X7 operation, these positions require shift work. All applicants will be required to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Technical Writer

We are hiring a Technical Writer to interact cross-functionally with developers, management, and customer operations/support to produce/create top quality and clear documentation. This position requires strong writing skills and one year of experience using Microsoft Visio. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use and understand complex contact center software products and create user and reference manuals as required.

Software Developer - Entry Level

USAN is seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our core Software Development team. As a team member, you would be primarily responsible for implementing and updating custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) callflow designs, but also working on backend SQL and web based applications as needed. You will work on a small team in a highly collaborative way to create effective and innovative call center solutions for enterprise clients. You will also be creating integrations with our omni-channel Metaphor platform. Metaphor is built on a C# / .Net framework, but we use HTML5 and Javascript for front-end development, MS SQL Server on the backend, and C, C++, C# and Java as needed. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment for the country’s best IVR development shop.
