Are you a Solutions Architect with a passion for technical building? If so, this position is for you! As a member of our Contact Center Customer Experience Team, you’ll be heavily involved in the pre-sales process for a variety of cutting-edge technology projects primarily with Amazon Connect, and related services such as Lex and other AI services. Working closely with USAN’s sales team, you will be responsible for demonstrating and creating value for USAN CXaaS portfolio of solutions, building technical credibility in compelling demonstrations, and creating accurate and competitive proposals for CXE transformation projects.
The USAN team is seeking a results-oriented, customer-centric Partner Alliance Manager to expand USAN’s relationship with Amazon’s Sales and Marketing teams. As Partner Alliance Manager your goal is to expand USAN’s relationship with Amazon’s Sales and Marketing teams focused selling Amazon Connect in conjunction with USAN products and services throughout North America. You are the primary point of contact for USAN and the leader of strategy for managing AWS Partner Network membership. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy, sales, and a roll-up your sleeves and ‘get it done’ attitude. You will work closely with multiple Amazon Sales teams as well as other APN partners to identify opportunities and drive the opportunities to close.
USAN is seeking a motivated Inside Sales and Development Specialist to join our team in the contact center space. We are a high-growth company with ambitious plans to dominate an untapped market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of USAN’s products and services, focusing specifically on Amazon Connect. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong sales skills, and a hands-on approach to achieving results.
The Cloud Security Engineer is a key contributor to USAN’s cloud security strategy, supporting both the design and implementation of USAN’s security cloud controls under the direction of USAN’s VP Information Security and Compliance and in coordination with USAN’s cloud architecture team. The Cloud Security Engineer is a “hands-on-keyboard” role and a key contributor to USAN’s strategy to create an agile, secure, and highly scalable suite of SaaS services based on both AWS cloud-native features and USAN’s internally developed software.
