Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our partners. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, identify opportunities to improve the partner relationship, and cultivate new business from existing clients

 

 

Technical Account Manager - QA

The Technical Account Manager – Quality Assurance (TAM/QA) role exhibits solid leadership skills and ownership of expectations and deliverables required of the Technical Account Management team.  This candidate should have 3-4 years of proven quality assurance experience, as well as, experience in customer management and project coordination in a 24 x 7 operations environment.

 

USAN’s primary management tool is ServiceNow for projects, incidents and change management, so prior experience in this solution is desired.  An understanding of operations workflows, servers, networking, and telecommunications is a plus. This includes Call Centers, Interactive Voice Response and related components, as well as, configurations in cloud-based environments.

 

This candidate must be able to produce spreadsheets, presentations, and documents using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Word. Also, the candidate should be customer-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as, have strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.

 

Finally, the candidate should exhibit the desire to take initiative, work independently, and be both adaptive and creative and have experience in establishing SLAs with a background in service delivery and service support processes.  This role requires the ability to develop, grow, and nurture positive relationships with designated customer organizations.   In summary, the TAM/QA will function in a leadership role within the TAM organization and be responsible for ensuring that customers’ expectations are met through close interaction with the customer, solid QA validation, and USAN support groups delivering their service.

Windows Systems Engineer

Sales Engineer

Based out of Peachtree Corners, GA, USAN is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer interested in helping our clients and prospects envision and design next generation customer engagement solutions. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone comfortable with listening, presenting and brainstorming solutions with prospective clients. Working on a small team in a fast-paced environment your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and present both our product solutions as well as custom demonstrations that help clients envision new customer experiences. You then help make that real by leading the SOW design and development process.

 

You must have solid experience with public cloud-based environments (preferably AWS) as well as a strong background in communicating with prospects and clients. You must have web and API development experience as well as experience with delivering solution demonstrations and SOW generation. Your responsibilities will include owning key technical relationships and driving the ultimate success of prospect projects. You will be the “face of USAN” with key technical clients and drive discussions with senior technical leaders in those organizations. You will also be able to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges to drive input and feedback into USAN product priorities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills as well as the technical background to fluently interact and provide guidance and information to software developers and architects.

Enterprise Sumologic Engineer

USAN is looking for an Enterprise Sumologic Engineer to join the operations team. The Enterprise Sumologic Engineer with be responsible for acting as the point of contact for Sumologic related incidents, monitoring the reporting environment, identifying gaps in the current environment, developing dashboards, creating alerts, and identifying anomalies in Sumologic data.

Service Provider Provisioning and Billing Manager

USAN is currently looking for a Service Provider Provisioning and Billing Manager. This position will be responsible for managing all telecom expenses and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have experience auditing/reconciling bills, negotiating contracts, and meeting with telecom vendors.

NOC Engineer

The Network Operations Center Engineer is responsible for working on a shift of 4-5 Engineers to minimize system downtime, perform real-time surveillance of the network, notify customers of scheduled and unscheduled outages, and ensure the customer’s expectations of service are met. The Network Operations Center (NOC) serves as the first point of contact for the customer on all system- and network-related issues. Since the NOC is a 24X7 operation, these positions require shift work. All applicants will be required to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Software Developer - Entry Level

USAN is seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our core Software Development team. As a team member, you would be primarily responsible for implementing and updating custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) callflow designs, but also working on backend SQL and web based applications as needed. You will work on a small team in a highly collaborative way to create effective and innovative call center solutions for enterprise clients. You will also be creating integrations with our omni-channel Metaphor platform. Metaphor is built on a C# / .Net framework, but we use HTML5 and Javascript for front-end development, MS SQL Server on the backend, and C, C++, C# and Java as needed. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment for the country’s best IVR development shop.
