USAN Launches New Commercial Kubernetes Application on Google Cloud Platform Marketplace
USAN’s solution gives customers the ability to quickly connect Dialogflow Enterprise Edition to existing corporate telephony networks leveraging Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes
Atlanta, GA, [July 24th, 2018] —USAN, a cloud customer experience technology company, today announced it is introducing a commercial Kubernetes application to all users of the Google Cloud Platform Marketplace. The new offering will provide customers with the ability to quickly re-use their existing phone numbers and telephony infrastructure with Dialogflow Enterprise Edition, enabling cutting edge conversational experiences for their customers. For the first time ever, commercial Kubernetes applications are available to deploy with one click to Google Kubernetes Engine with a usage-based pricing model. Commercial Kubernetes applications can be deployed on-premises or even on other public clouds through the Google Cloud Platform Marketplace.
GCP Marketplace is based on a multi-cloud and hybrid-first philosophy, focused on giving Google Cloud partners and enterprise customers flexibility without lock-in. It also helps customers innovate by easily adopting new technologies from ISV partners, such as commercial Kubernetes applications, and allows companies to oversee the full lifecycle of a solution, from discovery through management.
Today’s customers demand effortless service that they can speak to just like the assistant on their smartphone. Companies would like to adopt this technology yet face long integration cycles and reworking of the telephone numbers that their customers know and have printed on cards or collateral.
USAN’s Dialogflow Telephony Bridge makes the adoption of natural conversational speech IVR solutions quick, easy and with less risk. By adopting this USAN solution, companies can connect their existing telephony systems and IVRs via industry standard SIP to Dialogflow Enterprise Edition for the portions of their voice traffic that they would like to use for a POC or limited initial functional launch. In this manner, they can innovate quickly and grow to full production easily. The solution manages the necessary media server capabilities to surface the full Dialogflow feature set including transfers of voice and data back to the enterprise as necessary.
